The vocal score is manuscript and carries the signature and signature stamp of the composer. It includes interpolated numbers by J. Kern and Kenneth Clark. The orchestra parts are manuscript. Several parts carry the composer's signature stamp and all are for individual numbers in the work. Fifty-three parts are for "The homesick yankee (It is little old America for me)" by Clark, arranged by Frank Saddler, eighteen are for Kern's "Poker love," and fifteen are for "Bagpipe serenade" of Kern. The chorus parts are manuscript, in English. Two parts are for "It is little old America for me." The promptbooks are typescript, in English. One book is incomplete. Two are in three volumes, one for each act. One contains bound-in manuscript text on lined paper. The lyrics are typed, in English. Many carry performers' names on covers. The dialogue parts are in English, typed or mimeoed, and several bear signature of performers.
